During the current pandemic most of us are making changes and adjustments in almost every area of life. As we adjust our schedules and take note of what supplies we need, we must also set aside time to assess the status of our emotional and mental health. Taking time to recognize the emotional impact the crisis is having and taking the appropriate steps to process and grieve will help us care for ourselves and others and allow us to come through this crisis stronger and more resilient.
